METAL SHEET (COIL)
CHEMICAL
TREATMENT:
Removal of fat, washing and chemical
treatment layer, this layer ensures durability, corrosion
- resistance
and adhesion on the surface of the substrate.

- PRIMER
COAT:
This layer is an
auxiliary one that aims to give good adhesion through
chemical interaction between
- substrate
and top coat. It is an epoxy, acrylic or polyester type
resin. Its coating thickness is
- approximately
+-5 microns.

- TOP
COAT:
Can be either Polyester
of PVdF type resin. This has a high degree of protection
and good appearance.
- Its
coating thickness is approximately +-20 microns.
BACK
COAT:
This is an epoxy or
polyester type special coating. It gives protection, its
coating thickness is 8-10 microns.
- ALUMINIUM
SUBSTRATE:
Aluminium alloy, used in
the production of profiled roof and wall cladding panels,
suspended ceilings,
- is
AA3105, wich conforms to BS4300/6 Alloy NS31, and DIN
1725 Alloy Al Mn 0.50 Mg 0.50; Temper H25.
Mechanical Properties: Ultimate Tensile Strength: 159 MPa

Strength: 131 MPa minimum Elongation 4% minimum.

A527 (Lock forming quality) Hot dipped galvanized,

coating as per ASTM A 525-G60(180grms/m2 total both
sides)
